Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.
Pack Your Items
Place your unworn or trial-period items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and secure it with tape.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
